"At the con I just attended this weekend, a science fiction writer who was moderating one panel (and everyone in this room had either watched CoE or was spoiled already, fyi) mentioned that there was a buzz that RTD was looking at having Owen and Tosh back in at least a few episodes of TW S4, so either it's a look at past stories that weren't shown before, or flashbacks to past storylines with new scenes in them. If that's the case, we may well see Ianto too."
